In fact, wishes have proven to have physical and emotional benefits that can give critically-ill children a higher chance of overcoming their illness. When a wish is granted, a child replaces fear with confidence, sadness with joy, and anxiety with hope.
We are excited to share our Wishes Today Wishes Tomorrow Endowment Campaign. The collaborative effort between us and you, a valued member of our community, will have a broad impact across our chapter and the Tampa Bay, Sarasota, and South-west Florida communities to ensure that we can continue granting wishes in perpetuity.

Make-A-Wish is dedicated to granting the wishes of children with critical illnesses. We strive to provide the wish child and family with some special memories of joy and laughter that are dramatically different from hospitals, doctors, and treatment programs.
A "wish" offers a welcome respite... a time away from the stresses and strains of dealing with a serious illness.
